Big Disappointment 2012-03-19
Have been a frequent visitor to Amarsons Breach Candy and Bandra. The customer experience is a big letdown in Bandra. Had gone to exchange (Mar 19) some stuff which i had bought it for someone. I had tried and I had taken it thinking it might fit but it was loose so I went to exchange it which I got a reply that u had tried it and tht u had taken it for urself. I was not asking for cash and was exchanging it within 7 days inspite of tht a questioning reply came. I told him tht u shud write it there is no exchange policy.......the reply comes dont come...i m here since so many years and u wore it... read more -
