  Went to Apoorva last night with a couple of friends after wanting to try something different from the usual seafood places we go; Mahesh, Trishna and Ankur. After all three of us finished our meal of prawns gassi, squid koliwada, Hyderabadi rawas and bombil fry, we all felt the same thing - this place is definitely on the same level as the other guys. The prices are a little more reasonable than the other seafood restaurants in the area, but there is a definite drop in quality.

  the best south indian non-veg food i have had!!! the food is just excellent. just thinking of it makes my mouth water. have been frequenting this place when am in the mood for some fish gassi or sukka chicken and will keep up my visits...!!! ambience is ok but the food is irrisistible!!

  The vegetable stew and the appams are divine. I also recommend the prawn gassi with rice. Everything else is all right- headspace is a bit limited in the air conditioned restaurant upstairs but the food makes up for everything!

  I have been frequenting this restaurant for dinner since their food is finger-licking delicious.
  Appams & Idi appams with chicken or vegetable stew or with prawns gassi the way i like it.
  Crunchy Fried Bombil or Bombay Duck is their USP.
  Wash it down with a chilled glass of SOL KADI.
  Less Popular / Hyped & less expensive than Trishna....more along the lines of Mahesh lunch home.
  Consistent good food & service.
  one of my all time fav joints.
