Enterance just off the lobby of Hotel Sun-n-Sand, was a small, cosy clubby furnishing bar with plush sofas. The main bar is at the end with stools placed. The place is full always from 8pm and is priced like a five star bar. But the good part is that it serves snacks/ freebies which average out your bill. They serve a round bowl with three compartments filled with black grams (kabuli chana), peanuts and wafers, not chips, but real warm wafers as if made on the premised. Then a variety of veg/non-veg started keep doing the rounds. If you have ordered a couple of rounds by then they do not mind leaving it in a plate behind for you along with the salad & papads.
After renovation the only thing that has changed is the furniture, everything else is the same.
The crowd is mostly business people and atmosphere is casual.
