if possible i would give this place -1...
my review is based on three experiences and each time i thought i'd give this place a chance i hav let myself down.
the first time i went there coz i heard so much abt the place. i called for pizza which followed a long wait. the place was crowded so i thought well i mus be patient. im not exaggerating when i say it took 2 hrs to arrive. still i decided to giv it the benefit of doubt.
the second time i landed up there for a late nite snack. before placing my order i asked them if they were gonna close anytime soon. they reassured me saying the restaurant is open for another 1 hr. so i called for food and jus when i started eating, they switched off the lights! a cleaner started spraying phenol around my table n cleaning up! look at the cheek of the waiter when he said that i was the only customer at the time, so he had to save electricity and turn off the lights. wtf...
the third time i was helpless as i had to go there for a b'day party. my friends wer ticked off the moment they saw unclean tables n sticky plates but the worst was yet to come. our food arrived and what looked like black pepper in our pasta suddenly started moving. obviously there were bugs in our food. we were utterly disgusted! when we complained to the manager, he jus shrugged n said yeah we have a pest problem here. he charged us for the infested food, let alone replacing it.
aromas lives in its own awe...they assume they'r the most happenin restaurant in this area but hey! these guys need to open their eyes and check out the recent reviews on burrp. then they'll knw where they stand. slow service, arrogant waiters, horrible hygiene, bugs in food!!! personally i wana save all fellow burrpers from entering this culinary hell.
