Extremely slow service, poor customer care 2012-01-23
Place looks good but the options in breakfast are limited. no fresh fruit juices. The service is extremely slow. When we asked for some extra mayo the waiter tells us they are instructed to serve extra mayo only upto 3-4 times. But we ordered like some 5 sandwiches, 2 burgers and pancakes. So, that cap should change depending on the amount of order. Isn't it ? One guy asking for extra mayo 4 times is wrong but what if 7 people ask for it 5 times. Is that too much too -

What is wrong ?? Aromas must address these issues 2012-01-13
First thing first, a management representative is replying to all feedbacks and issues and does not wish to be identified !! WOW ! god knows where he is trained and given this humongous responsibility to deal with the sensitive job of Client communications and corp com. This is the platform that could actually make or break the reputation unlike the critics in the west who actually decide how good or bad the eatery is.
I am listing some of the issues apart from what has been listed by the patrons themselves, some have even called it the HELL !! .

Visit when you want to lay back & enjoy 2012-01-11
Visited this deli on the insistence of 2 colleagues who had liked their cookies served with the coffee.
So we ordered Jalapeno Nuggets - special mention to the accompanying dip & Loaded Nachos.
Ordered Vanilla Latte,Cappucino & caramel cappucino.Must say the CC lacked the sweetness usually associated with it.
THe ambience is what would keep pulling people back to this place.
Though it was crowded ,the service was prompt.
