RIP OFF 2012-05-24
yesterday happened to visit this restuarant with my family on the advice of my collegue and found the food pathetic especially the kababs which had to be chewed really hard and the Mutton Biryani was very dry and awefull with only 2 samll pieces of mutton. more over they had included a soft drink in our bill which was ordered by the next table. one can visit Hotel rajasthan or Lucky down the lane and get value for money.... -

Biryani beats many places have ever been to. Had it in Kolkatta a couple of weeks so was quite excited to learn abt their outlet here as well. -

Been there 4 times before. Later the taste has become awful and the kababs were very hard and chewy. The biryani was so dry and tasteless that we had to gulp with the water to finish it. The worst is that we had ordered for a 7-up bottle and they had forgot to include in our bill. After telling them about it they charged us Rs. 75 for the bottle although the MRP was printed Rs. 27. After inquiring about the same they argued saying this is the rate we charge for drinks. And they do not include VAT charges or service tax in the bill. They are robbing the customers.
