Just a shack, no snack 2009-08-21
Read the times food guide and expected parsi kinda food here but was a big disappointment and not worth at all... not a comfortable seating either... in fact there is hardly any place!! -

Snack Shack is a relief in Pali Naka from the Indian and South East Asian cuisine invaders. Unfortunately only open for lunch this place packs a punch. The Parsee food for vegetarians is close to authentic and the non vegetarian food is good i hear. Daily menus change which is good. The ambience is nothing to die for because of the lack of space, but you'll forget that once you start eating. -

This place is one of those snack shop legends. Mostly a younger crowd, but definitely bearable for the amazing frankies here. All other snacks, including burgers (no, not the beef ones) are excellent as well. There is a fairly decent parsi menu, but that is not what I go here for. Not that I mind the college crowd, but this place is better with some fun company or for takeout - going here for a one-on-one is not advisable. -
