    undoubtedly the best place for rolls and kebabs . Been going there for quite some time, baida roti is a must try along with the chicken leg piece

    The title on the first go might sound as if its a negative review, but actually it depicts the soul of a typical Indian .....that good food need not have great ambiance....Being an avid street food lover, I appreciate the fact and rustic ambiance of Bade Miya which stays intact even after so many years...

    Bade Miya is over hyped now. Quality of food has degraded. The rolls aren't filling as before but they are a brand now and a good brand is always worth going to.

    Been here on a Friday late in the night at around 11:30 pm and it was still crowded. There was no place to sit. So we just picked up a takeway Chicken Seekh Kebab Roll and a Chicken Egg Roll. The Chicken Egg Role was more tasty.

    This place has been running for ages and like me there are loads of people who would claim there is not better place to goto if you are in town and its late in the night ...
    They have a small choice option in their menu card but whatever they serve is good... Over the past 10 years or so i have noticed their quantity and quality go down a bit but the food is still amazing ... I remember a few years back when we were sitting at home and were contemplating on where to order food from ...     This weekend I went on a micro-mini food trail with my family: - Bade Meeyan, Gokul & Bagdadi....

    Just FYI, I will be posting this same review for all the 3 places mentioned, so that anyone who is searching for either of these places, can read this review....

    There are only 3 things needed to make any eatery a great place to visit:-
    (1) Amazing Food
    (2) Good Service
    (3) VFM (Value For Money)

    And all the 3 places that I visited mastered these requirements.

    Lot of fond memories with this place. Can't say I visit regularly since SoBo is not within my usual circuit but I've gone there many times over the last 15 yrs.
    Let me say this upfront - it may not be fantastic food. It most certainly isn't. It's not meant to be a Peshawari or Baloch or even Punjab Grill. It's street food available at 1 am. Judge it by that yardstick only. Also, the atmosphere of a collective enjoyment of food counts. Here, you can never humanely enjoy in isolation. But the collective 'ohhs' 'ahhs' of people are what make this place unique...kinda like watching a match at    ... read more
