Good thing going
Was one of its first & consistent customers till a year back. And the electic mixture of food, music & drinks kept pulling us back. The indian, chinese, thai, italian mix particularly the new inventions that were always tried out on regulars like us was super. Kishore had & has a good thing going. Definitely worth a visit particularly since now you can wait downstairs, have a coffee & then go up with your guests or vice versa.

Small Pub With Good Music
If I wasnt sitting right in front of the speaker system, I would probably give this pub 4/5. However that was not to be and I spent all my time there praying that I dont suffer some permanent hearing disability. Not to mention the splitting headache too
But lets put that aside - I would get a similar experience if I sat in some other pub right in front of the speakers !! Though the management could help by not putting a table right in front of the speakers and letting it be like a small dance floor or something.
The drinks served were good - couple of cocktails were quite strong and so was the hard liquor. The accompanying snacks were quite good - the crispy chilli veg especially nice. The music (they have a theme every day of the week and saturday was party music) was pretty good - good mix of classic rock and pop though the DJ went into trance electronica around midnight which kinda put me off. By 0030 hrs the DJ was starting to play hindi remixes as well but my eardrums had enough and we left the place.
The decor of the place is all wooden and 60's american - your regular pub decor. The place isnt too large - probably 10-15 tables and if you sit away from the speakers, a pleasant conversation is possible. Damages are reasonable and our party of 6 racked up 3500 on drinks. On saturday night, a lot of patrons - both at the bar as well as otherwise were breaking into a jig at the favorite numbers - which probably means they were having fun, right :) ?

If looks were edible....
If looks were edible....this place would have sure been nice. Besides a reasonably good decore, there isn't much this place can boast of. The food is the lowest point, service is lax, and the prices... prohibitive.
But this place has it days....there is no consistency in short.
I would say, save yourself the trouble of going there if you already haven't been thorough it.
