Sunday Brunch v/s Saturday Night! 2010-04-28
Bianco Kitchen and bar is a newly opened Italian and Mughlai serving restaurant in Lokhandwala.
I visited the place twice in a span of a week.
On Sunday afternoon , we were four of us who went for a girl's catching up and lunch session. I was surprised to be greeted by an empty restaurant and enthusiastic waiters.
Once seated , we were promptly attended to and ordered a round of appetizers.

Now this place on weekdays and weeknds in the evening are packed which is a good sign.
the only hick is the waiters are really slow and forgetful
they totally depend on the manager to give them all the orders without him they just dont seem to comprehend instructions/requests by patrons.
the food was good- the regular pasta and lasagne affair..
priced decently. it took them a lot of time to get the orders sorted.
would have definitely given 4 stars if the service was right. -

Never have I known a place to go downhill so fast. Just 3 weeks after my last review (see below, we returned there with guests, to be met with extremely slow service, surly faces and an atmosphere so icy cold that a penguin would have felt right at home. Add to that the facts that they messed up the billing, and that I woke up 1:30 am with severe loose mothions that took 4 days, a course of antibiotics and 6 pakets of Electral to get ok, and that Neelam suffered the same fate with a gap of about half a day -- you can probably see why I wont be returning there.
