Pathetic is not the word for Sangam Big Cinemas 2011-12-05
I have been watching movies very often at Sangam as I stay very close.Everytime I've gone there,I've had some issue or the other with the staff.The ticket counter staff are very rude.The cafe d cono guy tried cheating me by charging me Rs 100 for the cono n did not offer me the bill.The hot dog machine is never working .The salad/sub place has got a nice menu but only two of the non veg options are available always.The coffee served is disgustingly sweet n is served in cups smaller that your little finger n is over priced.The 3D movies showed are pathetically screened.I can watch it without the... read more -

Torrid Time yet again at Sangam Big Cinemas Counter.
Paid Money for Platinum tickts for RA1-3d, the printer got stuck.
Money in their kitty.
Tickets wont come out due to printer probs.

patience kept FOR 30 MINS as it was an advance booking for the next day
Finally the patience ran out as no technical help, no solution, no alternate counter booking as "SIR HUMNE TICKET PUNCHHHHH KARDI HAI NA ISSSMEINNNN" ......so hesitant in refunding.

Pathetic staff employed at the ticket counter! 2011-07-24
I have been watching quite a lot of movies at this place since a very long time! But when everything seems perfect, i have a complaint against the staff at the ticket counter. They have these food coupons for movies before 12pm for 50 Rs. So if my ticket is priced 100 and i ask them to give it to me, they will directly tell me that its 150. If you try to argue they say statements like 'you have to buy them' etc. But no where is this written across the ticket counter. Big cinemas bring those days back when you watch movie in 25-30 rs. now Big Cenema provide movie at Rs. 50 With fully A/C as well as best comfortable seats. and i really like there start as they always start with NATIONAL ANTHAM so atliest we can remember our country for time being in this busy world .and best part of sangam big cenema is there interior as well as service.

Big Cinemas reminds me the fact of having watched movies at Rs 50/- at 11 30 am...
and that too not a comprimise on comforts of the seats...
the seats are amazing to slide back and Big Cinemas seems an amazing option for value seekers....Amazing value for money!
after ages did i see so much crowd goin for movies... Amazing experience for movies like Pyaar Ka Punchnama..... ! Lively enough for the punch lines....!

Really nice movie theatre. Nice food court. And seats are so comfortable. even the sound system. Best place to go for a movie if you are at Andheri. -
