Bombay s(igh) .... assaulted ! 2010-04-26
I understand that this is a 5 star hotel and hence I expect the food and drinks to be expensive. So no complains about the slightly over priced menu. The spacious interiors, eclectic furniture and an upbeat ambiance add to Bombay High's contemporary chic appeal while remaining understated.
What i Sighed about are 2 things. The Chakna or Tapas as my firangi friends call it was a pinch too salty. An assortment of nuts roasted to perfection but salted so severely that my months intake of iodine was fulfilled in a few bites. Cosiest Lounge w/ Live Music 2009-09-02
If you are in no mood of visiting a cramped up lounge or a pub with blarring music but instead wish to chill around & whine down in the cosiest yet classy ambiance - Bombay High is the place. With a fairly large seating area and chairs comfortable enough for you to sink in it and enjoy your drinks.
The menu is very expansive & boasts of the best collections in wines and scotch. The bar tenders are terrific when it comes to cocktails. i have been visiting this place for quite some time. Its service is excellent and the ambience is extremely splendid.Yes it is expensive but then one must not forget that it is a five star hotel! -

A good place for a drink or two 2007-06-06
This place has got an eclectic interior. You have plush charis which look like they have been removed from a gentleman's club in Yorkshire, some sofas with madras prints, chairs with regular paisley flowered prints and sturdy wooden tables.
But if you fancy meeting up with a few friends over drinks, this is as good a place as any.
It is a bit expensive though.
And the food menu is very very limited. -
