The"Bread Talk" concept that has been long awaited and tried and tested with limited success all over India.
The variety of products on sale are amazing. The variety of breads, pastries etc are truly amazing to view and to taste.
Try their trade mark cheese cake (i keep forgetting the name they have given it), it a nice shade of yellow and oval in shape. Delicious!
And to watch the bakers going about their work is truly a delight. Especially if you wonder how that things that you eat are made.

Love to hangout at this place which has the best of bakery stuff on the menu! the muffins are just too good with the banana walnut muffin winning hands down!
So are the savoury items like puffs, etc with exotic stuffings... soft, fresh and yummy the choice is unllimited! They also have a variety of bakes and cakes ready to be taken home.
While it is self service all the way the staff is always courteous when asked for help and the cleanliness shows in the store and also in the way they handle the food - in uniform, with chefs caps in place and gloves et al!

This is to bring to everyones notice the horrible experience me & my sister had at one of the Bread Talk
centers at Inorbit Mall, Malad (West), Mumbai, India.
We visited this Bread Talk outlet on the 7th September 2008 and picked up a Vegetarian Pizza from the Vegetarian Section. My sister is a PURE VEGETARIAN and I DO NOT have non-veg during Ganpati festival. We
found a piece of chicken in this so-called 'Veg Pizza'. When we went back to the counter to speak to the

Change the pricing strategy 2008-09-24
Excellent stuff, especially the muffins, banana walnut cakes and the tiramisu. Price is mind boggling but given the lack of options, might justify an occasional splurge. Avoid the breads - you can get the same stuff at much lower prices-unless you get it straight from the oven. -

Its the best bakery ever...be it here,be it abroad...love the mango drop...its fab...tiramisu is gr8 too...all the breads created by them...almost everything...dont miss this wen at inorbit...m sure it has fans galore! -

Bread Talk is one of the good places to be for Breads.. the breads are fresh and healthy as well. Both Veg and Non Veg bread.. However I would warn you that this place may make your waller a little more lighter :) -

As one steps in the depths of the food-court at Inorbit mall..The most dominating fragrance is that of freshly baked products. This novel place by Indian standards beats most of the bakeries at five stars hands down. They serve a huge variety of breads, cakes and savory items. The menu is vast and good. The products are fresh, excellent quality and served with a BIG smile.
Leave the awesome cheesecake or raisin bread aside... the place has a very hygienic feel. From the bakers dressed in white, the white décor, the glass kitchen right upto the counter staff... that place is hygienic... read more -
