Liked it better when it was Brio 2010-07-06
The CCD management seems to have had a bad effect on the food quality, the staff, the hygiene and the prices! it used to much much better when it was Brio. I used to love their food. Have visited very few times since it became CCD and have come back disappointed every time. The staff is still courteous though, but largely uninterested. -

why the difference in pricing?!! 2010-01-07
since the time it changed to brio the coffee prices shot up by good 40%...(just because it is located in a shopping mall) that's quite weird. the pastas dont taste very good and the sandwiches are smelly and stale. i think they should seriously stop serving food after 6 pm. the waiters are attentive however that doesn't make up for bad food and coffee. -

not sure where to start...
Serivce : this was bad. Just a sandwich and 2 sodas took for ever.
Cleanliness : wish i could give negative stars. Never seen so many flies in one place. really, i have see less flies at a road side stall

indifferent service 2008-12-20
We were the first customers of the day, walking in just as they opened for the day. Extremely poor service inspite of us being the only customers. We were not even provided menu cards and I only realised that they keep menu cards after I saw the other customers being offered some as we left. We ordered a dutch truffle [extremely soggy, oozing syrup] and spicy cottage cheese croissants [ok]. The pastry tasted stale, and even after complaining to the manager, he was indifferent. He said he'll look into it, but indifferently kept on doing whatever he was doing.
