It was Saturday night, the mood was set and I decided to grab my favorite CCD dessert Choc hola, but the staff didn't just bother to entertain me. After waiting for about 5 minutes after placing my order, the person at the counter asks me, "What do you want, sir?".
Then due to some technical error, he was not able to punch my order, so he starts taking orders from other customers and completely ignores me. When I asked politely, "Should I go to some other place as you seem pretty occupied?", they seemed completely unconcerned about it.
They don't regret/apologize even once for their ignorant attitude.Shall never ever visit this outlet again, nor would recommend someone as the poor service just spoils your mood.
