Hm...
This is located at a really nice place, there is a beach close-by, and shivaji park is greener than a lot of other areas. BUT they really know how to screw this neat environment. I mean, the service is slow, whenever they get something that tastes funny, it gets absolutely ignored. Really Bad Service. It has a decent sitting space, the outside seating area is nice, but needs some alternate fan systems.
The place is thus ok-ok, if you're lucky, you might have an awesome time, if not you might be pulling your hair and cursing all the way back home. -

Good Place, Bad Service 2010-07-21
Located in one of the most prime locations in Bombay, this place would have been great, but it is not, thanks to the lazy employees. I have been here late in the nights when it is less crowded, but the waiters are ever so laid back. You have to request them to clean tables. They will take ages to bring you the check. Thankfully, the music wasn't loud when I had been here. The ambience is gr8 and it is a good place to hangout in the night!! -

Gr8 location..Good Coffee 2009-08-12
There is no doubt ...the location is great.Had to choose this location for a meeting and was pleasantly surprised with the ambience. I guess enough number of people have complained about the loud music and hence this time the music wasnt too loud. The coffee was good..I wasnt expecting anything exceptional as all coffee chains invariably have the same quality...very few have good baristas..Overall a good experience -

Nice but can be better 2009-08-05
Nice location for a CCD, in fact one of the best in Mumbai opposite Shivaji Park. Coffee is good, considering they still make Irish coffee like they used to. Service definitely needs to improve and the crowd is too loud and noisy. Not a place to chill properly unless you come in at late night when its bearable and pleasant outside. -

Its a total waste of a place. accomodates losers and lukhas alike. the service is shitty. they want you to order the moment u enter so actually they don give u any space. unlike barista's these CCD's want business no customer loyalty or satisfaction. The waiters r deaf people who maintain no cleanliness. Not a good place to come with ur GF or parents as it is filled with people from shady colleges n gangs. THANK god the smoking is banned in cafes otherwise this used to be a bhuttey... pls go to BARISTA INSTEAD. worst COFFEE.. LATTE N CAPPACHINOS ARE A DISASTER. -

Very Loud 2006-10-22
This one is a real let down....blaring music...no space t sit inside...probably lots of place outside ..but no fans to keep u cool...considering it located right opposite Shivaji Park, it should have been a cool hangout place...but the slow and rude service will really drive you away...overall a pathetic experience. -

A loud place 2006-08-15
I went to Cafe coffee day with my colleage to meet someone there. The coffee was good, but the place was too loud for us to have our meeting. They should try and provide more couches and turn down the music. It should be inviting place for people to have their meetings etc. It shouldnt aim to drive people away. Wont go there again! -
