Always wanted to try out Mondys on a Sunday morning. So, last Sunday, headed to this place early - reached by about 8.45 am. I believe it opens at 8.30 am.
Settled down to a Mondy's Super Breakfast (set menu) - shared it with my kiddo. The bacon was excellent and the juice fresh. The omlette was fluffy. Wifey had a french toast - nice and soft, but too bland for me - you can add the honey on it as well. Was still feeling hungry since my kiddo decided to have more of the breakfast than me. So ordered for the Kheema Ghotala. Nice hot mince with eggs, and 2 pavs. Spicy and wakes you up completely. Finished off with another juice (kiddo), espresso (wifey) and tea (me).
Total bill - approx. Rs. 500. Service is prompt, friendly and efficient.
We then headed for the Vintage Car Rally Flag Off from Horniman Circle - an excellent Sunday morning.
Great place to have a Sunday breakfast - get there early bcos all the tables are gone by 9.30 am.
