Awful, pretty much!
Be warned before you enter the Coffee Day at Malad's InOrbit Mall. It is swarmed by the junta over the weekends and holidays, where Rest of Mumbai throngs the place, as one of my Malad resident friend very often says.
This place has given me a lot of heartburn more than once in terms of tardy service and at times I have waited to order for 15 minutes and walked off them to Coffee World on the other end of the corridor. They just don't care, and they are in the hospitality business supposedly!
There was this once when me and a friend went there and my order, inspite of having been taken 15 minutes later than the friends order, came in much faster and her's never came! So we left that other drink right there for them to drink and pay for and walked of the place without paying. Thats coz there was no store manager or floor manager or whatever available also to hear us out.
Get in at your own risk, for you could die out of suffocation here!

the rest spot
coffee is always good but horrible service at this one.. the employees here seem overwhelmed by the mall's crowd certainly cant sit and have a coffee in peace.. be prepared for your coffee to be knocked over twice.
