Yumm food...but surrounded by confusion !!! 2012-05-10
Okay ..!! being from Navi Mumbai...I frequent this place only when I end up with my pals here...been thrice though :)
The food was better with each visit, though I missed gorging on my selected favourites :( as the dishes quickly vanished right in front of me and I was helpless. None the less, the Quiches are yummy, relished on Chicken Lasagne twice ...I loved it :), The drinks are good as well.
A kind request to the management : If they could triple up the dishes, guess they would attract in more crowds and the service was tad too slow as well :)

Candies does not boast of Great facade..but once you enter it, you will realize that you are in a different world. It has a super cool ambiance and varying themes with the floors. So if you wanna sit in a warm cozy setting you go to the first level and if you are in a mood to enjoy the sun...you go the second level. The Menu is quite exhaustive and offers a wide range of options but as a regular visitor I would like to mention some of the items which are Candies Special and do not burn a hole in your pocket. good food and siesta at affordable price 2012-04-19
This place is not to be missed out if you are a regular visitor of Bandra. Candies serves best food and desserts. The ambiance is fantastic. There is a sky garden which gives a feel of being in Switzerland. There are other rooms perfectly decorated.. some with lamps, pictures, plants, etc. Try out the triple cheese cake and chocolate cheese cake. and all other desserts. The chicken and mutton mince roll is really great here. Actually, everything is great here, u jus go and pick what u like. its gonna turn out good. -

Candies, at Pali Hill, is one of those places, that will make you want to come there over and over again. Its an instant winner, when it comes to the ambiance and the Italian style setting. The best part of this place lies in the fact, that they have made use of every part of this place perfectly. Right from setting tables on the huge stairs, to the alleys, under the trees, surrounded by trees, on the roof and the list goes on. Now this is one seriously good place. At least if you wish to chill out with friends, with a coffee or pastries, in the open air, with a stunning ambience and an equally stunning crowd.
This place seems to go on for ever. It has levels, and levels, and levels. The AC section is a revered place in any Mumbai restaurant or pastry shop, but the AC sections here are the least revered. The non-AC, open air sections are the ones which leave you amazed.

ok.this place is very good!..really good...one thing which is a must try here is the afghani chicken!..delicious!..
everything was satisfactory,,and u will want to frequent here...but one thing we hated was the self service part!..especially if you plan to go on a weekend or sumthn, u better be prepared to wait for a long time!!.. -

the yummiest Lemon tarts 2012-02-24
A great place for good quick bites....but the Bakery is something to talk about......great stuff....and yum...everytime!!! the Lemon Tarts are to die for.....Being a Lemon tart fan, Candies has one of the better lemon tarts I've had!!! -

Alright..this amazing place is made by Mother of God! The entrance is pretty good. You got place to sit outside and wait for people and now there's security check too! Its a self-service restaurante cum heaven! You have lot of option to choose for eating like starters, salads, Indian cuisine, Chinese, Italian, deserts and so onn..As u go upstairs to sit u have various section where u can sit, eat and chill out with your friends. And on the walls you will find amazing art work done and the ambiance is amazing. On the whole a great place to visit and enjoy a date ohh i mean a day! ;) :P -

A Place to get lost.. 2012-01-12
yes i mean it.. once you are inside grab your food and take a good seat in the open terrace and u can get lost in your own world dreaming, or with your office works.. there is a silence area which is not so silent.. but still.. i had been there many times alone, with my gal and also wid ma frnds.. its a best place to be.. the only thing i dint like was the service delays by the staff.. and sometimes the music is annoying.. the open space is not covered well.. make sur ethat the crows on the trees does not bless you with their salads ;-) i wud suggest that it should be covered with some net or... read more -
