    i love global international brands for a simple reason that they have incredible variety esp for ppl with rather large feet (im size 40!) but i love heels and i find beautifully designed and also wearable ones quite difficult to find.. but when ever i vist charles and keith i do find something that i like.. price wise i wld say they are mid range.. (def not a place where a college goer would shop! :P)
    now the cons: the sales staff is not up to scratch.. i mean i was shocked when i tried to buy 2 pairs of lovely heels but i cldnt bcos the sales person who was supposed to bill or the one    ... read more

    They have some fabulous designs at decent prices. The best thing is they have a range of heels rather than just 3 inch plus heels like a lot of the global brands. A life saver for people who love shoes but cant wear super high heels.

    They need to train the assistants better though. No clue how the one who was helping me even got the job. When I selected 2 different pairs of shoes he asked me if I want them in the same size. Duh ? Can go on but otherwise great store.
