    I went to celebrate my wife's bday & were in by 9.15 pm. Till 9.50 no-one showed up for order. Waiters were running around like headless chickes..on my request the manager showed up and got our drinks & starter order.. but when I said that I will not pay the mandatory service charge - he said its built in. The were no napkins, food came in late.. and all around there was a sense that no one seems to be in charge.     this place is certainly in the top 10 places for chinese in mumbai.
    must have their water chestnut starter.
    the prices are reasonable. i spent 1400 for 2.
    i wouldnt say its 100% authentic chinese, but we indians like it that way.
    amazing service and ambiance. good place for family dinners.

    I have heard a lot about this place and wanted to eat tasty chinese food that I have been searching from a long time. But I did not find anything extraordinary about it, it was just about average.
    It was a home delivery. I had ordered veg fried rice, chicken hakka noodles, chicken chilli gravy and chicken manchow soup.
    I liked the quality of rice, long and well cooked, so were the noodles.But as far as the taste was concerned, it was bland.

    I ordered a take away last month - even wrote a review about it. China Gate know who I am and have still not had the courtesy to apologise, even on this forum, for giving me non-veg food when i ordered veg (I am a strict veg). What a disgusting place and disgusting attitiude.
