Pathetic response 2012-04-22
The restuarant though located in a well developed area still gives a pathetic response to its patrons who have been eating in this reataurant for years. Quality of food and service has been deteriorated over years. I strongly recommend against this restaurant -

Mediocre Restaurant 2011-11-04
I stay in Powai, Have been there several times and every time i hope that the experience would be superior to the last , but there seems to be no improvements. The place is ill-lit, the music bad, the staff are all novices, they obviously lack the tact and the training !! i am not stepping in ever again. this is a decision taken by us all. By the way the restaurant next door Also serves chinese and it is a tad better. try it !! -

Expensive Valley 2011-10-15
Food was good but expensive. The staff was polite but the food came very very late. And looking at the other reviews were ordered for the spinach chicken and was not disappointed. They did not serve us kim chi, we asked for it, and got it. The quantity was not good considering the kind of money they charged, possibly the hotel is charging us high thinking all of us are rich dudes from Hiranandani. Quality of food was a notch higher than the typical restaurant, but the dish prices were almost double, I will think twice before going here (only due to the price). -

Jalandhar Valley!! 2010-11-21
Stepped in at China Valley on a weekday evening. Did not notice any valets but was abe to park my car comfortably in the lane on the intersection on which the restaurant stands.
The immediate impression is that of a wannabe chinese place. You have the works - the wall decor, lighting et al made to look chinese. Not bad, but just a portend of things to come.
The service was average, nothing to complain about.
