  • HAIR in the ice cream!! Mar 30, 2013

    The subject says its all! I had ordered the strawberry banana split an what do I find! HAIR!!! A place as renowned as this does not maintain the basic level of hygiene. I've frequented the place so many times and I don't think anyone would expect HAIR IN THEIR ICE CREaM! They had nothing to say to my complaint and casually blamed it on the surrounding... To add it not only did they NOT waive off the amount but they also charged me a service charge. Absolutely appalled by the attitude! DISGUSTING!

    Just love the Churros with the different kinds of chocolate.
    Sad part is that the portions are too less - so it is difficult to quench my thirst for CHOCOLATE.

    skip the main course. dessert it out. this is one of my favorite dessert places in mumbai. its tasty, great service and ambiance. reasonable. what more do u want.
    from the tiny oreo cookies to the tall shakes, everything is good.
    i LOVE the sanchuros there... dipping them in milk chocolate is heavenly.
    you must try their sanchuros with icecream and chocolate.. its something you cant find anywhere else and it is certainly worth the money
