CC at phoniex where i am a regular is really going down in service and food quality.
Went there for dinner on sat night and got greeted by a lovely/smiling hostess Bharti. After that it was all downhill. The table was smelling and not cleaned properly. The service was so prompt that one felt like the dishes were probably half prepped for a fast turnover. The Chelo kabab had not taste and butter. The butter chicken wa just a tomato puree. The server poured the kali dal in our katoris like a waterfall, spilling it all over. Lastly when we got the bill they charged us Rs 75 for kachumber with the Crispy roomali Rs 105 = Rs 180 for a roomali roti starter. ( ridiculus). Then ofcourse 10% SC for getting dirty dishes from the kitchen and spilling dal. Pull up your socks CC or you a going to loose out soon.
