  • food wont be bad.. rest depends on u 2012-05-17

food is very good..specially the kebabs..
service is also very decent and they try their best to make you comfortable.but the place is bit on the expensive side for people with tight budget like us. We ordered "palak-chicken" and "kadhai chicken" along with veg dish and it was a treat to gorge on them ....
wont say its value for money but if you have loads its definitely worth a try..

  • Nice Experience 2012-03-17

Visited this place a couple of weeks back, I went in with the notion of getting a HOLE drilled in my pocket, and true to it's expensive status, it did drill a hole. The food was good, ordered a Mutton boti kebab, Prawns Goan Masala and Steam rice. The kebab was perfectly cooked and would melt in mouth. The prawn curry was also good. The menu is a bit misleading, as it says lamb kebab, but they actually serve goat. which we in India wont mind, but some tourist might. Overall a okay experience, a bit on the costlier side, but then again, that is what you expect from fine dining restaurants.

  • Vegans stay away 2012-02-13

Since the place has already made it's name, they don't feel the need to keep up to its mark. When its comes to service, looked like shortage in staff or disorganised. It been a Sunday, such mess is expected, so service was an average. For the Food, felt like the commi's, chef's were on a vacation n the utility guys were cooking in the kitchen. Really disappointed with the food ordered, if ur vegan, u will understand their special recipe in vegetables ordered( Aloo , Mutter , Big pieces of Onions, a mixture of gravy). Ordered for a veg platter , 2 different vegetable ( Same ingredients as mentioned,... read more

  • Nice Ambience with Good Food 2012-01-31

I Had gone during the Kebab festival and I loved the Non Veg Platter. The biryani was also good and the service was also very nice. Its a fine dine restaurant so it is pricey but overall food and ambiance was great.

  • Avoidable 2011-07-01

Visited this place after a gap of many years with the whole family. I would say there are definitely better options for good Mughlai food around if one has to spend that much.
The kebab platter for starters was an assortment of 4 different types of kebabs---all just about average.
The main course was nothin special and the indian bread that we ordered became hard as "papad" even before getting cold!.
The mocktails were just about average too....
All in all....not VFM at all....

There were flies around the place that completely spoilt our mood.
    The service was attentive

  • :( Not Expected... 2011-04-15

not wht i expected.. had heard a lot abt the place ... its so pricey and the food is not upto the mark... for the starters had ordered seekh kebab wich was good... followed by biryani for the main course and its was not up to the mark.. we expressed our displeasure wid the floor manager who was kind enuf to offer a complimentary dessert.. it was a mango based mousse like thing .. bt the dessert was the worst thing i had ever tasted .. it was stale to be honest... common guys when u serve sumthing complimentary, serve sumthing tht is edible ... at least !

  • Disappointed!! 2008-10-20

I had heard a lot about this place & was keen on trying it out. Went for a family lunch yesterday. First of all, they should change the chair covers..they were dirty, ne ways...as we sat down and sipped water, we found it was stinking..the problem was the glasses were stinking...not expected in such a restaurant...We ordered Chicken Soup, Chicken Malai Kabab (scrumptious!!!) and Chelo Kabab for starters. Just as we were enjoyin our starters, my dad wanted the pickle they usually place it on the table.and gues wht..he found a FLY!!!!
And when we confronted the manager, HE ABSOLUTELY REFUSED

  • Food 4/5, Ambience 2/5, Service 3.5/5 2008-09-15

    Food: 4/5
Most restaurants struggle with the food - and these guys have the recipe to success. The bigger brother at Worli sets the benchmark for hardcore punjabi food in India and worldwide. The reason they don't get a perfect score in this category is because the Raan of Lamb I ordered was charred and tough, and the Paratha was not wheat but Maida. Chicken Makhani was splendido!! Absolutely perfect.

    Ambience 2/5:
It's basic and that's it. Only reason it doesn't get a 1/5 is because of the open kitchen. But there's nothing else. However, in an effort to excite our dining

  • An enjoyable experience 2008-09-06

Heard that Copper Chimney has an offer on the 26th of every month where they serve u certain dishes at their 1982 prices or something like that, so headed for dinner there with family .

We ordered 3 non veg kebabs which were priced at around Rs. 90 -95 out of which the Chelo kebabs were different and yum. We ordered a Chicken Roganjosh which was okay and a hariyali chicken which everyone liked. The main course was priced at around Rs. 100-110.

All in all the only things that stood out were the Chelo kebabs , Chicken Hariyali and the prices. The menu was limited (they
