i have atleast come here a million times and im a vampire fan so i buy that genre but vampire academy is never properly in stock!the other day i wanted frostbite it wasnt there so i got that and the next book shadow kiss from reliance even thought i love only crossword but you dint have it and not only once but many times,i came for the same book at least thrice to the oberoi mall crossword,i asked if other crosswords had it but they were simply to far away and yesterday i went to but blood promise and even that wasnt there!its very disappointing!

Horrible Repurcussions for Visiting the Store Feb 01, 2010

Well, I normally love going to any of their outlets especially since I love spending oodles of time at a Bookstore but this time, my heart broke into a million pieces (Ok, may be I'm being a little too dramatic, but read on). I bought this Blush Powder and Body Scrub from Body Shop [ Total Worth - 1,011 Rs. :( ] and well, when I went to Crossword, I had to leave it in the stand, you know and take a token, and the totally dumb-ass guard gave my bag to someone else because he didn't even see the number and blindly did so as her purchase-bag (He/she had a Strawberry Shower Gel worth 276 Rs.) was also... read more

Thank you for reverting back to me. It was really upsetting to lose something like that but your assurance makes me feel better. And in this case, I find myself more annoyed with the person who has taken my stuff and not bothered to return it back to your store!

I do still like Crossword and as a Bookstore, it's one of the best we have in India (however, despite your personal reassurances, for my own reassurance, I'd rather keep my purchases in my bag itself the next time I shop there just to be safe and avoid such ruckus in the future)!
