    This place is definitely going to the dogs. I have taken my dogs twice last year and its gone from bad to worse. The owner isnever in the shop or too busy to be "hands-on". And her 4 groomers ( actually they're supposed to be helpers) are just bad to put it mildly. They trimmed my dogs balls and its all red - who does that ? Also they have no clue or maybe any love for dogs - as is evident that my dog is so scared that he wont eat or drink ever since he's come back from grooming "nightmare". I am never ever taking my dog again and you would do too if you loved your dog.

    I like the service offered by this shop and the quality of products. The owner is very professional and service orineted - much needed behaviors in the service industry. The products match international standards (having lived abroad for 10 years - I know the value of good products for your pet!)I am surely going back.
