Upon the suggestion of a friend, we decided to give this place another chance. I've come here before with a friend when DVC just opened and trust me, it was bad. However, this time was redemption! Matunga has crappy restos and so we usually go to Shivaji Park; at DVC, we tried their pasta both creamy and Arabiatta, both yummy and very filling. The third time we went, we wanted something different. I ordered an American breakfast, my friends a pasta and a ham and cheese omelette! Best part is that breakfast is served all through the day. Not bad at all. Went there on a deal voucher but even without a discount it reasonable priced. The pizzas (farm and chicken) wre realy good and their burger was yumm!! My 5 year old son had a great time with the christmas deco, service was not bad also. Just needed to be bigger in terms of space -

I went here sometime back with my friend and was really disappointed with their service and quality of food. The coffee was really bad like milky... The worst I've had till date.. Also most of the things on their menu were unavailable... Pick barista and ccd over this one guys! -

Deja Vu Cafe, feels like I have been here before! 2010-04-25
Well it was my first time here but surely those who have frequented Starbucks, the international coffee chain, will find an uncanny resemblance to the logo of Deja Vu!
The cafe is locate on Veer Savarkar Road and is walking distance from Dadar Beach and Shivaji Park. Deja Vu is divided into two parts with the upper area being the most preferred one by its patrons. It is a popular hang out for those who live nearby and is usually a precursor to a stroll on the beach.
