    I've tried the cakes here. The flavors and colors are striking yet not too distinguished from the cakes available at Ribbons & Balloons, Brownie Point, etc. Yes, the cakes are overpriced for the quality delivered. The customer service is poor and needs improvement. Timelines are never adhered to and there’s no courtesy in informing the client about the same.

    Desire, if you want your customers to appreciate you and your work, treat them with respect and gratitude. It doesn’t hurt to be humble.
