    Sitting at home with my uncle on an evening 2 days ago, I was thinking about dinner. My mind started listing and rejecting restaurants / eateries around my residence. I was in no mood to drive so it had to a home delivery place.

    My mind zeroed on WOK HEI, which is at DP's Matunga. My uncle left the choice to me order.

    So I picked up the phone and
    Me: Hello, Annna... 1 Green Thai Curry & 1 Steam Rice
    Annna: Aur kuch????
    Me: [Was in two minds to order a starter] Nahi...

    DP's used to be a landmark in Matunga, but not anymore. The place has deteriorated and how! Service has become tacky. Staff has changed and the present bunch don't seem to care about anything at all. The last time I visited for a quick grub was really my last time.

    I haven't experienced the high-handed behavior of the servers myself but did happen to witness a commotion at the adjacent table. A mother and daughter found ants stuck to the buttered pav of pav bhaji.     i order kala khatta soda it had ants in it and then the waiter change it got rose soda and it also had ants , but the management insist us on paying the entire amt

    I dont know why people like Pav Bhaji over here.. its strictly OK.
    Dont order for a paratha, they get from DELHI NCR i guess... it takes ages for the paratha to arrive at ur table

    What i liked about this corner side Udipi style hotel is their Thai and Chinese menu. Good chinese food and Out of the World THAI POT RICE.

    Being a true connoisseur of food, I liked the coconut based gravy, basil leaves and broccoli in the pot rice. Proper thai preparation.

    If i were to rate only on the chinese and thai menu i would have given it 4/5 but overall its 3/5

    I recently visited DP's. Had an amazing Ice-cream pizza! (Being from Delhi, it was completely new for me)
    Also the Chinese Bhel was very well prepared.

    Hi,
    I been here in November saturday morning for breakfast. Nice place were you can have good fast food. The food quality was good. We ordered
    Masala pav: very gud.
    Cheese Rava Sada Dosa: gud
    Tomato Omelette: gud
    Cheese Burger: okie dokie
    Sitafal Milkshake: must try, i loved it.

    All together would say "Value for money". Won't disappoint you.

    Yesterday we ordered Pan Fried Noodles, BBQ Paneer and DPs Special Pizza. I regret to say that I have never eaten such horrible and tasteless food ever. The Pan fried noodles was dripping with oil which would make a high cholesterol person have an attack. It was also very hard and the gravy served with that was so bland and tasteless that you wonder whether it was cooked by some professional. The pizza was very sweet and not up to the standard. So for us no more ordering from DPs

    Excellent combination for college goers to hang out and enjoy chinese bhel with chilled fizzy fruit beer. Cheese Sada Dosa is worth trying here. Its fascinating to see the way he rolls the dosa as a cone!!!

    I have always been a fan of DP's Pav Bhaji and Masala Pav since school days and yeah of course the Fruit Beer. overall a very good place
