  • highly disappointed!! May 12, 2013

found a strand of hair, a bone in boneless chicken, and a rock salt in our meal which was enough to completely disappoint. Also, the chicken was too rubbery and did not , in no way gave an authentic chinese feel. Highly ok ambience. 1 star is for the good service.

  • VFM,diverse menu,delicious fare! Apr 02, 2013

Chindian at it's best! After a boring day at the mall across the street,my family and me wanted to grab a quick,no fuss dinner. So we walked into this blink-and-you-might-miss-it eatery across the road.Let's look at ambeince-CRAMPED.My dad has a tough time wedging his paunch between the table and chair :p They could've spaced things out a bit,the tables are tiny and the chairs just about squeeze in.Service-EXCEPTIONAL.The waiters (Satpal and Max) were so efficient, polite and knowledgeable about the menu, they din't stand on your head and checked on you at right intervals.Food-it's not authentic Chines... read more

THANK YOU !!! thank you for your appreciation, frank and generous. About the sauces yes we make them fresh; in-house, all are sauces even the thai curry pastes are made in-house. Will pass on the full feedback to the kitchen staff, thank you for paying attention to the details and taking the trouble to mention all of this being so specific.

  • Cheap & Best!!! Mar 04, 2013

a meal for 2 including non veg items @500-600 bucks in Mumbai is unthinkable!!! But these guys are too good with the food!!! For such a small dingy place, they have a lot of variety in terms of the food served... whatever we're had till date has been worth it... the momos, crispy corn, the pot rice, etc etc... They also have never compromised on the quality & quantity of the food... one of the best Chinese/oriental joints in Mumbai... worth every paise spent! If you happen to visit/ work in this side of the city do visit the place... u'll not be disappointed!

The idea behind doing this place in 2009 was to shock and awe people with Quality/ Quantity and service on a regular working lunch, we are happy that we have been able to live up to our principals, values and intention with you. Thank you for your appreciation, we intend to keep up to your expectations of us and also exceed it, our new menu and special offers will soon be out please call us for the special coupons and the menu.

South Indian Matunga joint DP's Fast Food that has been around for ages has opened this new Oriental restaurant bang opposite Phoenix Towers (to shopaholics: that is next to Phoenix Mills). Thai and Chinese starters, soups, main course dishes and dessert with a sprinkling of Tibetan appetizers (like momos and wontons) make up the fare. Thrown into the mix are a variety dosas that can be paired with Mangalorean curries. It costs lesser to eat standing up at the counters outside. The servings are large and the prices low, so a meal here won't cause much damage to the wallet.
