Here it is:
1. Salesmen are jackasses, everybody says a different rate for the same product.
2. They have brilliant discounts and they bargain on big products (Tell them you are being offered xyz price at Sony Mony etc)
3. Billing is slow, but okay.
4. I rated it 3 because I have bought 1 DVD player, 5 TV's, 2 water purifiers and none of them have had a problem so far.
5. Also they accept HDFC cards and don't charge service charges which is a good thing
So yes, I like this place to buy my electronics from.
