dissapointed.. 2011-10-19
was there for my wife's birthday...the view of the queens necklace is good but only if u havent visited aer...aer views thrash this place...was very posh 20 yrs ago but now everyones caught up...the food and wine were good...but zodiac grill was much better...oberoi's looks like a poor cousin of the taj...

Nice, but missing character 2010-04-25
I stopped by the Oberoi on 24th May to check out the grand reopening. After having many fond memories of Sunday brunches at Tiffin, I was eager to see the hotel reopened.
Focusing specifically on my visit to Eau Bar, I felt a bit disappointed with the experience. While it is a major improvement over the old Bayview Bar, the new space lacks in any sort of character. The ceilings are high and the windows give guests a great of the outside, but I couldn't help but feel that there was something missing from the place.
