    A landmark indeed on Hill Road, Bandra. Always crowded with shoppers [read ladies & girls] who come in for a quick bite after shopping around.

    This place is known for its Pani Puri. I personally did not like it though, I have had better ones.

    They have a dine-in on the upper levels of the restaurant. They also serve food out on the pavement on plastic stools where many people prefer to sit & eat. While most prefer to have the Pani Puri standing,

    This is one of the iconic restaurants in Mumbai and after starting off as a road-side stall, it has expanded one of the most crowded chaat walas in the city... But i still like the road side telavala for chaat better... Elco is more commercialized but still their chaat is good... you have a variety of other options too...

    Neat tidy, ..Very tasty, hygienically made fresh is what this guy at offers. When I had been there i did not try a lot of stuff.. but yes i did try the pani puri..It was totally worth every penny...I enjoyed every bit of it.. Full marks in the way the eatables were served. Nice experience\

    Was there last night in Elco for Falooda...Amazing test of Pani Puri, quick service made my day....very high standards and cannot be compared with kailash parbat and others..

    best pani puri. bit high price. service fast and good. lot of crowd. i went some time ago but i significantly remember it was amazing. mumbai ppl mst go there once.
    they do use clean fresh water which makes a difference.
    other plces its easy to fall sick .

    Without a doubt it's a landmark at hill road.
    The pani puri is good but I have eaten way better at many places.
    Dosas are well made though.
    The ambiance has nothing really to write about.
    Service is prompt.
    Won't especially drive to Elco to eat. Can eat after shopping at hill road.

    Paani Puri @ 50 bucks a plate just not worth it. Nothing so special about the paani puris. U always get tempted to eat at Elco's when in Bandra Hill Road but somehow its just not worth the price.

    Being a hardcore non vegetarian i was a little doubtful about elco...but now im one of their regulars , and after extremely hectic street shopping theres nothing better than to go and have elco pani puri ! the pav bhaji is also one of my favourites, a must-have ! prices are reasonable and ambience is simple and clean...With good food, great service ill definitely keep going there.

    d onli thing i like here is their pani puris...off late they have bcum too expensive considering the taste and the quality.
    ambiance:jus very ordinary
    dislikes: choley bhature..d choley was completely tasteless...and d dosas wer too cold and hard to chew
    value for money: definitely a no...der are a lot more places in bandra seving better food at much lower prices//

    Pretty okay place. And it's famous pani puri is not that great either.

    What I really liked was the south Indian items. I might have had the best dosa here. Really good!
