Enrich Salons pathetic untrained staff... Aug 28, 2012

I have had 2 bad experiences.... at infiniti malad enrich the guy ruined my daughter's haircut.....and at the newly opened thakur village outlet the guy called karim ruined my cut.... I have v short hair and is cut in a graduated bob....he spoiled it completely... i had asked him can u cut it? so many times. and the girl at the reception was raving about him .... all they had to say was sorry....such big brand name and such substandard stafff.....shame!!!!!!

The most pathetic staff & service @ Hypercity Nov 07, 2011

I normally go to Enrich at Hypercity..and everytime I go, even after scheduling an appointment they make me wait for 30 minutes minumum. Couple of times they gave some excuse saying the operator had already committed to the client before me for extra service. Bloody if they don't know how to do such a simple thing as taking appointments they should shut themselves down. And 70% of the time I've been there, they made errors in the bill. Once they charged me for FLAVORED wax when I used normal wax! Other times there were just extra services added which I didn't use! They didn't refund the balance... read more

it was my first marriage anniversary and i was about to leave for my 2nd honeymoon, that i decided to get my hair smoothing done here.i had never ever dreamt that my hair would be burnt at such a so-called 'largest' 'best' salons in Mumbai.my hair is burnt all throughout .the ends have split and bent.it doesn't look at all that my hair is being smoothed just a month ago..frizzy,messy,untidy!! that all it looks.they even cut my hair at the ends without my permission. not only this the icing on the cake was when i went at the salon 2days immediately of the smoothing,they refused to accept their... read more
