Matches The Enrich Standard. May 24, 2013

The location of this branch is really good, set on LBS Road and near R mall . Been here for a haircut for me and haircut,shave and hair colour for fiancé' during our engagement and must say, was really happy with the results. The staff is courteous, offered refreshments, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the hair after services. The only thing was that being a Sunday it was really crowded and packed inside, they should treat customers on appointment only basis rather than asking anyone who visits to have a seat.

I went to ENRICH SALON AT SANTACRUZ W (STATION BRANCH) FOR A PEDICURE. ON BOOKING I HAD REQUESTED FOR A SANDWICH WHICH THE LADY SITTING AT THE FRONT DESK HAD AGREED TO. I TOOK A FRIEND WITH ME AND TOGETHER WE RAN UP A BILL OF 1000 RS. NOW ON REACHING THE SALON I WAS TOLD THAT THE SANDWICH COULD ONLY BE ORDERED BY THE SALON HEAD. AFTER TALKING TO HER AND TELLING HER THAT IT WAS WHAT WAS NORMALLY OFFERED TO ME AS A CUSTOMER BY THE SALON, SHE SAID " ALRIGHT THIS TIME BUT NOT AFTER THIS" THEN DURING THE PEDICURE RESHMA SOLANKI THE SALON HEAD, COMES UP AND SAYS SORRY THE ZONAL HAS REFUSED. Pathetic customer service Feb 18, 2012

The customer service is awful. The people there dont know how to do waxing. They try to save wax and wax trips all the time. Also they would suggest you their flavored wax which has no effects at all and also your skin would become more black after that. Once i took appointment for full hand therapy. When i reached there they had nobody to attend me and to my surprise they asked me if i can get the hand therapy done from a male wow!!! are they mad or what??? I am a regular member of Enrich Mulund,I had opted for an extenso treatment for Diwali at The Enrich salon ,Mulund.In midst of the treatment i felt a bunch of front hair were twisted n rough instead of straight n smooth.When i asked the stylist,Ranjita,she said it will b fine after the first wash.However,the hair has been permanently damaged.
