Pathetic Service 2012-03-18
Never experienced a more terrible and pathetic. We had organised a family outing by the poolside and quality of service completely messed it up. The menu that we ordered was changed without notice and we had to repeatedly search for stewards to serve us. Even basic service of providing water, cutlery had to be asked and NOT proactively arranged.
Never ever return to this lousy place
