Good Ambience! 2010-12-20
Good: Healthy crowd, lively atmosphere, friendly management and excellent quality equipments. Overall 9/10.
Bad: Parking fee payable daily in the mall. No Food bar. -

Good Place to work out 2009-11-04
I have recently shifted from Delhi and had spent quiet a lot of time looking for a decent Gym in an around malad. In mumbai the definition of space really changes as I could find only small over crowded gyms all over mumbai charging exorbitant money. First thing which you would notice about this gym is the huge space in which it is spread out. Locker rooms are big and spacious like some 5 star hotel. Level of hygine maintained in the gym is also very good, equipment, changing areas etc are all neat and clean.
Only thing it lacks is a relaxation room else its a good place to exercise -

Not just a gym!! 2009-08-18
Although i am not a fitness freak, i would definitely like to share my part of the experience at fitness first.. I have worked out in this gym for about 3 months and had to quit because I moved out of the locality..
Fitness first is not just a gym with the cardio and weights but also provides a lot of group exercises like body pump, yoga, aerobics, spinning etc... A person will definitely not get "bored" to go to the gym which is why most of the members quit..

First of its kind in the area 2009-07-30
There are many gyms in Oshiwara, Lokhandwala area. Namely Sykz, Gold's, Elixir etc. but Fitness First is unique coz of its location - IN A MALL. This is a 1st of its kind placed in a mall on the 2nd floor of Mega Mall. With thousands of people flocking in the Mall daily, it evokes a sense of curiosity. People walk-in to check out the place (a whole of 18000 sq. ft) and come out a member (Good Sales Pitch, I would say).
