Finally! I have a verdict on my favorite pizza joint.
Formerly at no 3 (after Dominos and Papa Johns), and after years and years of gulping down large quantities of pizza and making the pizza industry rich, I have finally narrowed down on my current favorite pizza place. It's (you knew already, didn't you?! Cheater! :p
It is GARCIA'S!!!
I have come to this conculsion keeping in mind a variety of things:
1) Price - definitely cheaper than Dominos and Papa Johns
2) Variety - I guess they are all right up there when it comes to competitive menus
3) Quality - Really fresh ingredients. you can feel it in the crunch and the munch (you know what I mean)
4) Quantity - Although Papa johns scores over both the other places on quantity, their prices make up for the humongous portions
5) Delivery speed - step aside Dominos 30 mins or free..Garcia's almost always delivers in less than 30 mins..and no conditions apply too (and I dont live 5 mins away from the outlet, if that's what you were thinking)
6) Condiments - Generous handful of Oregano, Chili flakes and tissues even without asking.
7) Delivery quality - The Dominos guy first hands you the bill, then the pizza. The Garcia's guy will first hand you the pizza, watch you wince with the hot 'chatka' of the box (which probably gives him job satisfaction - and why shouldn't it?! :)
8) Offers - The most meaty offers are always Garcia's..of course..
I agree that they ALL make you eat more pizza than you originally intended, but whenever we order from Garcia's, we seldom have any left-overs to put away into the refrigerator :)
