We had ordered some frozen Chicken curry cut pieces yesterday along some other grocery items. They were home delivered. The chicken was put in the same bag along with the other stuff. The packet was leaking and the entire contents was filled with blood and water. Request them to bag Non Veg/Frozen items separately. When the packet was taken out from freezer for cooking, the chicken was found to be stinking. When I spoke to the Store Manager, they were very sorry about the incident and replaced the packet within an hour.

Terrible place. Aug 20, 2012

Godrej Nature basket of Banjara Hills, Hyderabad is a terrible place.
Whenever I ate food bought from this place I ended up with a stomach upset.
This is one place where I spend more money to upset my stomach.

What the previous reviewer felt was lacking is easily made up for by the attentive staff in this outlet. Compared to the icy greeting/total lack of interest in the customer at the Bandra branch (as well as the life-expectancy reducing wait at the checkout no matter when you shop there), the Juhu offering leaves you all warm and tingly inside as the staff really care here. And they smile at you too! It just shows you how long I have been devoid of this for it to make such an impression on me now....
