bad service 2010-01-30
Though the ice-creams at gokuls are always a treat, the service here has gone from bad to worse. I was here to enjoy a tender coconut ice-cream with a friend and post that wanted to head for movie for which i needed a newspaper for the timings. the paper was lying right in front of us, so we asked the server to give it to us for a minute (while having our ice-creams). he replied saying it belongs to his boss and can't give it...like we would steal it or something. not just this, he immediately took the paper inside and kept it away somewhere....how rude!! -

Service gone ! 2009-03-06
These guys seems to have lost their waiters and food. Now only catering to desserts. This place has now stop serving food (i think BMC got to them) and has become a self service (not an issue)
9 out 10 time no waffle cone, quality has gone down. Not sure the Santacruz outlet is going to remain but they do get the school and the night crowd

Guys! this is the one ice cream parlour u cant give it a miss growning up in santacruz..
this is situated next to ccd, off hdfc bank linking road..
betta enter the place from s.v .road---enter the lane of podar school(saraswati rd is a one way)
serves all seasonals(fruits) n classic,everygreen(chocolate) icecreams..
this joint has stopped with all types of food n serves just ice creams..
i miss the pav bhaji though..
this place has adequate parking space available.. the parlour guys guide u to the parking slot with their red batons..lol....u can have ur ice cream in... read more -

Great place for icecreams...in season...Mango, setafal, Strawberry. Snack stuff also good - Chaat and pav bhaji
Food : 4 - the ice cream on waffel cones is good but they are always out of these cones
Ambience : 3 - nothing too great, but its a snack place
Service : 3 - always crowded so its a bit slow... -
