    it made me fitter. The instructors know ur body well & they suggest workout plans. Since i shifted, didn't find as good gym as this......

    You know you are in for a WTF feeling when you enter and see a fish market waiitng 20 mins for your turn to use a machine and if a celeb is on workout you might as well forget your day and the Gym altogether. Machines are cranky courtesy low maintainence costs.

    Lets hit a better gym instead

    I am taking the liberty to rate Gold's Gym, Bandra as Excellent primarily because -

    - sheer energy and enthusiasm exhibited by everyone on floor (regular members, trainers, other staff)
    -excellent location
    - wide set of equipments
    - well- trained and experienced trainers
    - good set of support staff
    - the regular members are niche crowd and put peer pressure on you to perform

    Whats good: The location & the space- the natural sunlight- this place has a great vibe-

    Whats terrible- Their run down old machines- machines are old and rusted, many treadmills are out of order half the times.

    The place is over crowded and the crowd has become slightly "grungy" over the years- at night especially the people are more "rough" and loud mouthed if you know what i mean

    When this gym opened up many years ago for the first time, it was FABULOUS- id give it 5/5 - but their maintenance is so bad- id have to give it a 2/5 to be fair.
