GOLDEST GYM!!! ;) 2012-03-03
AWESOME!!! wat a gym.. what energy da days wen u feel dull n dunt feel lyk hitting the gym.. jus tke ur bag n b a membr of golds bandra. as u exit the lift da beats of da music energizes u completely. and OFCOURSE da CROWD!!! da cream n whuz whu of bandra is here. cheerful,helpful n always wid a smile to welcome u. this is da place tooo b at!!

Really a good gym 2011-08-25
I have been working out all my life. I was always a loyal with Talwalkars but Golds Gym is actually a great gym to work out at. The music is always good and the instructors are helpful. The know your body well and suggest the best work out for you. You will surely see the results faster than ever. -

Hey...'ve been workin out at this gym for a year now.....pretty good place, very spacious, nice locker room with a friendly staff.....obviously...celebrity/ foreigners hot spot........
Having said that, be ready to see the trainers roll their eyes, when u ask for help, not pay heed to u when u work out, not smile/talk to u, unless u are paying them......and this is directed towards the general trainers....so you may feel a bit left out, if u're there without a buddy..if this doesnt deter u, then carry on!! This is a pretty good gym :)

Awesome Energy ! 2009-08-27
I joined Gold's Gym in Bandra 3 years ago. I was a patron of the famous Tallus ( Talwalkar's) for many years -and I was glad to get out ! Gold's in Bandra has a great sense of sense of space thanks to the high ceiling. Go there in the morning and the place is buzzing with energy - a good positive vibe - which eggs you on to go ahead and committ regularly to a fitness regime. While the gym has its fair share of celebrities, I have never found it to be pretentious - so kudos to the place ! It also seems to be doing well ! Good for it ! :-) -

Star Struck Gym 2009-05-20
I remember working out here about 3 years ago and all i saw was celebrities. Yes this place is almost like celebrity hangout spot. As in my review for ZAF gym and low ceilings this one is the complete opposite with high ceilings and enough space to work out. The machine's are spread out. The Cardio section is seperate on top and is very spacious. Overall this has to be by far one of the best gym's i've been to in Mumbai. -

I have never been to other Gold's Gym outlets so I can only compare to other gyms.
Gold's Gym in Bandra is spacious, with plenty of tools available, never too crowded, some not bad music (there is a DJ playing) even though it's always the same. There is a small bar with healthy stuff also. Water dispensers and free steam room.
Cons include: very bad smells in shower area because toilets are there as well, sometimes it's problematic to find a vacant locker, sometimes it gets too hot inside the gym despite A/Cs. There are always many instructors available, both free and paid. -
