  • Rubbish! Sep 20, 2011

Been a member a couple of years back, and was considering of joining it once again, as it close to where I stay, but the equipment remains the same, haven't done up the place. The trainers are all new, all the old trainers have quit. Further, you feel you are in some run down gym at bhendi Bazaar. So people do not join this gym, give your money to charity instead.

  • Worst Gym Music. Apr 13, 2010

The golds gym at nepeansea road is truly the pits. Old equipment, stinky a/c etc. In addition, the only music played is what the perpetually bored staff (aka trainers and cleaning boys) want - generally current bollywood numbers - members be damned !!!.

  • Awesome place Oct 07, 2009

worked out here for like two years...it's a nice place with a DJ and a juice bar...evening is the best time to hit this place, as it is packed with young crowd...

I do find the place over-priced...but it's worth it if you go regularly. Some of the female instructors in the blue t-shirt (who are not the personal trainers) can sometimes bug you by not helping out.

But I would still say that it is one of the best gyms I have worked out at...

  • Not upto standards May 20, 2009

This golds gym despite being in the posh areas of mumbai doesnt live upto its standard. I think it is only one floor and it's in a location which is right on a corner. But for some reason working out at a gym in town is alot different than in the suburbs. Just a different aura.. maybe the different people ?
