The best trainers in town 2009-09-17
I've been at Worli Gold's since September 05 and let me tell you, this place has the best trainers in all of Mumbai. I've ben to various other gyms but the senior trainers and most of the junior trainers are really very good here!
Ideally you'd want to get a personal trainer but that doesnt mean the trainer won't come and give you some valuable tips and help you out during your workout.
The only thing thisbranch of Gold's lacks is space. The weights area is big and well spread out but the cardio studio has fewer treadmills/ cross trainers/ excercycles than one would expect form this... read more -

Pushing the body beyond the limit 2009-04-20
Have been going to Gold's Worli since September and have to say that this is the first time in my life, I have been able to go to any gym consistently for so many months.
Apart from a loss of 8-10 kgs, have been also able to improve my cardio-vascular strength and bring my pressure under control. A combination of cardio one day and weights another seems to be working best.
Trainers are good and so are the machines – though for best results maybe a personal trainer is the best bet along with a strict diet – a no-no for foodies like us
