    The mall has setup a marketing unit to include G++ points for purchases made by customers. I don't know if I'm the first customer who have been cheated by the staff working at this desk. I had made 3 purchases on 8th May 2013. I finished shopping and approached the counter at 22:15 and was told by the staff that counter is closed and I will have to drop the bills in the drop and the points will be get credited in a day or two.     Growel mall management is very rude to customers. This mall should be strictly avaoided. They run Growel++ scheme to promote the mall. But when it comes to redeem points earned under the scheme , they play all tactics to avoid the redeem of points. They do not know what is meaning of cutomer service. Vey bad attitude towards the customer. You should strictly avoid this mall.

    You expect to be safe and secure in the comfort of a Mall. Though you may enjoy the shopping experience, ambiance and food in Growel's, security is a concern. Please be careful of your belongings my brand new Sony Cyber shot camera was flicked from my pocket on Christmas day.

    Not overcrowded like other malls,, decent place ..evening fountain soothes you..less food options..hoping for more to open..
