I have been going to Aalim since the days when he operated out of nothing but a small one bedroom apartment in Seven Bungalows. Things may have changed, his clients may be amongst the who's who of Mumbai, his salon might be sitting in Mumbai's hottest property (Carter Rd) and he might have a stylish red vrooom vrooom to ride on, but Aalim hasn't changed. Staying true to his roots, he recently bought this very modest shop he owned ages back. And his haircuts still rock!
Besides haircuts, Aalim is also known for precision in hair colouring (proof: his own colourful hair). He has also introduced tattoos in his studio. Claim to fame - Saif's infamous Kareena tattoo was done at Aalim's shop (The carter rd one).
