Well, this restaurant, albeit, called a hotel, has been around longer than most of us have walked this planet. 1939 to be precise. Even then it skips the “teeny bopper” as well “I m too mature to express amusement” crowd since it doesn’t have any fancy stuff. Me and my woman went here, and found half the crowd to be backpacking firangs, who obviously came here on the lonely planet guide recommendation or else who would spot this charming place, hidden behind the Juhu bus depot. For the mollycoddle people, bus is the huge version of a van, in which many people share a ride on a common route, and this depot is near Café mocha, bet u know that! So why would you come here?! To have copious amount of filter coffee in a pot, this is only 40 bucks, and smoke a ciggie, which no one bothers you against. Food is pretty much non descript, although the Indian items seemed fancy from far. Maybe you can try something and recommend it to me. And I must mention that its on the beach, so the sunset is a delight from here.
BTW: this place has been brought by developers, so it’ll be gone soon, to make way for another fancy star hotel…
