Improvement Required 2011-12-02
The bar is huge making the space look too small. There were just two other tables occupied when we went but still we felt that we had limited choice for seats. The drinks menu is extensive and price is slightly on a higher side. Avoid Tap Beer & Cocktails, as they are diluted and have no kick. Continental Appetizers are limited in choice (They have lots of Indian tandoor items but for such ambiance you don't feel like having Indian) AWESOME NACHOS !!!! Total Damages for 3 people: 2400/- (2 Appetizers, 6 Drinks)

Great place for Mojito lovers. 2011-04-18
You get excellent Mojito`s there..... The food is decent ..... Ambiance is nice..... and most importantly good service..... Always a good place to hang out with friends...Also Hoegaarden and Stella on Tap :) -

Drinks are dilitued 2010-12-03
I have been to this place twice. Every time I had a mixed experience.
Drinks here are diluted. When we told the waiter about it then his response was its "proper sir". May be here but not at other places.
The portion of food is very good. The taste is also very nice.
The place is also understaffed.
They have happy hours too. And they also pre book your order which is great.
I suggest you to try other places around and if you dont find any place then visit this place. -

Ups and Downs 2010-06-27
I went to HQ for the England/Germany match. The place was packed. Ambience was great and the liquor is well priced. Quite liked the feel of the place. Only one thing that was very strange... Their menu cards stank... and i am not talking about the quality of items on the menu... It literally stank... As if their was fungi growing on it. We were stunned. We could smell it from a distance.. and the smell was on our fingers once we picked it up... worried me about the hygiene
But other than that.. its a great place to chill with friends... -

Disgusting 2010-02-12
HQ's reputation has been permanently tarnished. After serving us drinks in a cracked glass, which shattered on lifting it from the bar cutting my friends hand, not only did they charge us for the drink but the bartender then outright lied to the manager after admitting to us it was his mistake.
Disappointing, any reputable place would have just comped the lousy whisky large instead of dumping the blame on its (only) customers. -

I have looked into this problem personally. I would first like to apologize for the bad experience you had at HQ's. But i think the facts are wrong. Firstly the glass was not cracked (couldnt have been, if so the drink would have spilled). Secondly I believe the reason for the glass breaking (by force) was different which i would not like to mention on this portal. Lastly i would like to remind you, your drink WAS NOT CHARGED. I was totally bowled over by this place.They had a large selection of the best of imported tap beer in town and is the coolest place to be for today's Gen X.A really nice place to chill out,especially if u r an NRI. -

GUYS REVAMPED HQ'S IS A MUST VISIT, IN THE HEART OF COLABA, CHILLED OUT PLACE, NICE ENGLISH DECOR AND GREAT BEERS , SPECIALLY THE HOGARDEN AND STELLA ON TAP... BEERS STARTING AT 75 (DRAFT) 100 (PINT) SPIRITS AT (110) ITS WORTH A TRY... TRY THE COCKTAILS BY THEIR BARTENDERS ... OUTSTANDING... AND THEIR RANGE ON THE BAR IS AMAZING... A MUST TRY... FOR ALL !!! -

Thanks for your feedback, we are in process of a new menu and yes we have felt the need to add some more continental/international starters, also i would wish you would have tried the indian starters as they are really nice. I apologize on the credit card machine problem. Wish you would give us a chance again to make amends.
