    Very rude staff we ordered for main-course the fish and chicken was not fresh and mashed potatoes were rotten ,,,,,they are hyped with filmy crowd i never went back again very bad experience and rude staff

    I have been to the Indigo at Phoenix Mills and this one and I must say this one is way better !! Best part is that you will easily find any movie star here if you go for dinner !! Food at Indigo is awesome, menu is detailed I loved the salad which had salmon and lobsters in it & it made amazing salad dish, veg. Soup & pasta was just ok. We all enjoyed the most is pizza with chicken & cheddar in it which was very thin crust. Best place for a romantic dinner !!

    i ordered for a 3 cheese rissotto.it was pathetic.bad flavours.it was replaced.i ordered for a pesto fusilli pasta coz they didnt have any better options.tasted just like any other pesto fusilli pasta.didnt bother to replace it.i also had orange baileys cappuccino cake...that was probably a below average cake..no flavour of baileys at all..hardly any cappuccino flavour...hate searching for flavours...i have been to indigo deli outlets quite a few times.this was my 1st bad experience..no tiramisu on any day is just sad...they did'nt even apologise me on twitter when i tweeted them my experience... read more

    Went there on Holi day. The experience was good until we saw cockroach coming from the sofa. What was more surprising was the casual attitude of the staff who behaved as if it was a part of the experience and removed them with a tissue. It ended there, we paid the bill and walked out. Extremely disappointing !

    Heard so many good reviews for Indigo Deli oshiwara that I couldn't resist taking my wife to the place. Was happy that I dint had to travel so far hence opted for Oshiwara Branch. I must say the Service was so Pathetic, the staff dint knew basic things like they need to serve the food . The pizza was lying at my table for 15 min without somebody bothering to serve me in my plate . The manager was courteous to replace the cold thin crust pizaa but had lost all appetite to eat .     there is food and then there is good food.. Indigo (as I prefer to call it) defines good food to say the least.. Add the dash of perfect ambience, courteous staff and the infinite array of foods.. and what you have is the Indigo experience.. Had heard a lot about their beef burger and tried it today.. Then i wonder why did i wait for so long in my life to taste this divine food.. My wife was extremely content with her potato burger and my 4 yr old was stuffed with their customized grilled chicken..     I was craving for a pizza at night and i thought of trying Indigo,i did not regret-not one bit.Their margherita pizza was so delicious -i got lost in my own world while eating that.i even forgot to put the oregano!their dulce de leche ice cream was the best caramel ice cream i have ever had.caramel lovers should not miss this one.
    Only thing that really dissapointed me was that there was no ''rocky road'' and ''lemon & basil'' ice cream for which i have to travel all the way to bandra!!!! thats sad! i request the management to please bring back some of their signature ice creams to the menu    ... read more

    Thank you for your warm words and recommendations! Unfortunately, we can't offer all our ice-creams at certain outlets, due to operational reasons. However, we do try to include a couple of new ice creams on our daily specials menu, which changes everyday. We're glad you enjoyed your meal and we hope to see you soon!

    The only thing negative about this place is the little bit of effort you have to put in to find it. Its tucked away in one of the by lanes. The food and ambience is good. The atmosphere is chilled out. and one can look forward for a relaxing night. Some times the mosquitoes do get out of control but the management tries to take care of it. Desserts are a must try.
